Operations Manager
Looking for someone who will maximize revenue,
occupancy, and average rate through the development of a dedicated team driven to surpass all guest expectations in the delivery of personalized service
Able to make decisions & empower teams which aim to maximize guest service / experience, occupancy, and revenues
This position requires a dynamic, well-organized, self-motivated team player with proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a group of well- trained professional Supervisors and Managers through setting a strong personal example.
Focused on raising standards through a ‘hands on’ management style and an obsession with quality control and systematic training
Committed to the training, growth and development of all team members
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the Rooms Division at a supervisory/management level
Technical Proficiency Required, ‘OPERA’ preferred
Must be enthusiastic, professional who provide daily leadership and coaching
Experience in leading teams in food & beverage, guest services, night audit, housekeeping, maintenance and reservations a definite asset
Must have excellent and effective communication skills and follow-up with a variety of internal & external customers
Duty management, emergency response, health & safety experience required
