Delta Hotels by Marriott Dartmouth is a new full-service property located in the Burnside / City of Lakes Business Park.  A corporate class hotel that will provide modern design, incorporating pride of place, the amenities today’s traveler requires and an ethos of exceptional guest service.  We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team.

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience by providing courteous and professional service.  Welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards while anticipating and addressing guests' service needs.
 
The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail orientated and organized individual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a face paced environment.  You must have strong administrative abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  A sound knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.  Opera experience is an asset.
