Restaurant Host (ess)
POSITION(s): Host (ess) 4-5 days per week 6:30am-12pm
REPORTING TO: Restaurant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly and assign seating
- Assist servers when required
- Up-sell when required
- Promote teamwork, friendliness and courtesy
- Complete tasks as assigned by Manager
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
- Provide a positive customer service experience in all interactions with guests
- Able to work various shifts including holidays.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Nova Scotia and practice responsible beverage service
- Previous service experience an asset
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar environment an asset
- Previous Food and Beverage experience an asset
- Positive, professional attitude and presentation
- Enthusiastic and well spoken
