Role Responsibilities: As a Breakfast Attendant you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by: Ensuring proper service and kitchen cleanliness Food and Bevarage ordering Preparation of breakfast buffet according to brand standards Prepare and replenish food displays. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest services Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Ability to complete closing duties by following closing procedures and completing daily cleaning checklist Maintaining a clean dining room, service area and food and beverage Provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs. Arrive to work in uniform with a smile and “Can-do” attitude. Restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service. Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival. Setup work areas and stock inventory in preparation for next shift. Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day.
