The Four Points by Sheraton is currently seeking a Guest Service Manager. This position features full-time hours, with benefit eligibility after a probationary period.
 
Job Purpose:
To manage Guest Service and staff and by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of guests, employee and Hotel Management Team. To create Four Points by Sheraton Refreshing Services by maintaining smooth and efficient operation of all operational department processes.

Duties:
The maintenance and acquisition of guests; Demonstrate professional standards in terms of personal appearance, behavior and attitude; Adhere to all company standards; Acquire and retain a good working knowledge of the Hotel, its facilities, amenities, departmental functions, and personnel, to respond, promote and direct inquiries as required; Adhere to scheduled work hours and be punctual in reporting to work; Adhere to all service, dress and communications standards and procedures; Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Hotel safety and security procedures; Ensure the safety and well-being, as well as maintaining a safe environment for employees and guests; Participate in the development of business strategies for Reservations which are aligned with the overall objectives of the hotel; Record guest complaints and suggestions; Oversee front office operations, maintenance department and laundry department; All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
A minimum of (2) years working front desk/guest services or similar role A minimum of (2) years in a manager position Excellent problem solving, customer service skills and communication skills Ability to work extended hours/holidays Maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests and hotel associates at all times

Physical Demands:
Standing/Walking for long periods of time May be sitting for part of shift
***Must be available to work all shifts including weekends, evenings & holidays***
