We are currently looking to fill the position of Part Time Night Auditor.
JOB SUMMARY: This job exists to reconcile all hotel cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and to perform Guest Services duties including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations. This is an overnight position. QUALIFICATIONS: • High School diploma required. • Excellent computer skills required. • College course work in related field helpful. • Knowledge of accounting principles and Excel or similar software preferred. • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred. DUTIES & FUNCTIONS: • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner. • Check guests in and out. • Take reservations. • Give wake-up calls. • Balance number of rooms and revenue. • Prepare necessary reports. • Balance Guest Services and Food and Beverage cashiers’ work. • Balance credit cards. Make credit card deposits. • Copy and distribute reports. • Distribute daily payroll reports. • Handle special guest requests. • Other duties as required.
