POSITION: Houseperson 3 Positions available 7am until 3pm, 12pm until 8:30pm and 3pm until 11:30pm REPORTING TO: Executive Housekeeper DIRECT REPORTS: Executive Housekeeper RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintaining the cleanliness of specific public and staff areas on a daily basis • Completion of special cleaning tasks as assigned • Stocking of all public washrooms with adequate supplies • Record any repairs needed as per hotel policies • Disposal of hotel waste as per recycling procedures • Maintain guest security and assist mod when required Washing, drying and folding linen EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Previous cleaning or hotel experience an asset • Must be detail- orientated and well organized • Must be able to work independently • Must be able to lift 20 lbs • Must be able to push with 20 lbs of force and pull with 30 lbs of force to enable the movement of carts and furniture • Must be able to bend, extend arm reach over head and stand for long periods of time | ||||||||||||||||
