| As the Groundskeeper, you are someone who can work independently and loves being outside while taking pride in the beautification of your hotel property. You will be able to create and maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for our hotel guests to enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting. Job duties will include debris removal, furniture realignment, flower bed watering, minor weeding, and planting as well as sweeping passage and walkways. Minor repairs and painting may also be required in your role. You will be the Safety & Security Agent, following your hotel's established safety and security policies and procedures. You will anticipate problems and call management as needed. Job Requirements: Applicants must have a working knowledge of the city and surrounding area, provide prompt courteous service, and ensure guest satisfaction. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external guests. This person must have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to remain standing for extensive periods of time. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Must be available weekends and statutory holidays, regular working hours are typically 11 am-7 PM. | ||||||||||||||||
