Housekeeping Manager

Looking for someone who will maximize the delivery of guest service and hotel cleanliness through the development of a dedicated, trained, empowered & valued team
Provide inspiring leadership and be an effective communicator while providing a hands-on leadership with daily team interactions
Must have at least 3 years experience in a supervisory/management role
Experience in leading a large team
Must have excellent and effective communication skills and follow-up with internal & external customers
Trained Trainer certificate an asset
Proven experiences with a variety of computer programs

The successful high energy candidate will have a keen eye r for detail and be highly organized.

Innovative and creative with excellent problem-solving skills

Knowledge of building on a Physiological Healthy Workplace

Experience in developing a diverse team

Strong interest in Health & Safety
