You help the Director of Food & Beverage make it all happen while delivering a bottom line result.
• Walk the Talk -- you are always out and about - inspecting the areas you are responsible for, recognizing departments and/or staff that deserve kudos as well as those areas that need training, maintenance, or some other improvement. While out, you connect with the guests and to staff to ensure all is going as it should, actively listening for where you can help / improve the experience or report up to the Food & Beverage Director about what you learned. You should know your team and they should know you.
• Be a Finance Guru -- you understand proper staffing, budget and forecast management and you focus on these areas every day, ensuring that scheduling is appropriate and outlets are running smoothly and efficiently so bottom line results are achieved -- or expectations surpassed.
