Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will consistently provide a warm welcome and exceptional experiences to our guests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas including the lobby, public restrooms, hallways, and other areas as assigned
• Strictly adheres to and promotes We Care Clean guidelines 
• Delivering laundry and linens within the property
• Perform carpet cleaning in guest rooms & public areas as needed and according to the preventative maintenance schedule
• Identify maintenance issues throughout the hotel, notifying the Maintenance Team
• Attend to guest requests as communicated by the Housekeeping and Front Desk team
• Reporting lost and found articles, unusual circumstances, or special room concerns (i.e., smoking in the room).
• Assistance with seasonal and deep cleaning of guest rooms as required.
• Providing information to guests about hotel services and facilities.
• Demonstrating teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed and consistently practices guest and associate privacy and security.

Qualifications:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a warm, energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individual with previous cleaning experience.
• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred
• Must be able to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience using a variety of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools
• WHMIS certification an asset.
• Flexibility in schedule • Start date for this position is immediately

Shifts are evenings and overnight
