Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bar-top, service areas. Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy Keep the area clean (cupboard, counters, dishes, etc) Rotate the expired items Maintain the supplies of food (perishable and non-perishable) Maintain the proper supplies (napkins, cutlery, etc) All other tasks as required WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Previous bartending experience in a reputable bar Excellent knowledge of wines & spirits, mixology skills Smart Serve Certified Problem solving skills Able to work quickly and multi-task Have an eye for detail and strong sense of urgency Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to stand for up to 5 hours at a time, lift/carry/push up to 50 lbs.
