Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & General Manager, the Resort Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Spa departments. The Resort Manager is guided by the belief that the key to Oceanstone’s success is truly in its people and models the service culture and team dynamic of being genuine, relaxed and accommodating. The Resort Manager is a skilled coach and mentor, supporting the supervisory team and other colleagues to provide best-in-class service and products. Oceanstone places a premium on Health and Safety and the Resort Manager will be responsible for regular quality inspections of all heart-of-house operations, while ensuring guest satisfaction is always top of mind. It is imperative that the Resort Manager champion and implement all health, safety, and security guidelines. The Resort Manager will also have a key role in representing and continuing to build upon Oceanstone’s reputable brand.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated hospitality leader who has a solid working knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices. As the ideal candidate, you demonstrate sincerity, flexibility and a passion for service, while leading by example and working shoulder to shoulder with your team to create wonderful experiences for guests. You will work hard to form a strong bond with the team and business partners based on trust, integrity, humor, and empathy. You are highly organized, proactive by nature, and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, progressive hospitality experience, and is dedicated to acting as a polished and engaging brand ambassador for Oceanstone.
