What You’ll Do

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all F&B outlets and Banquet facility, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. You’ll ensure smooth operations, manage budgets, and create memorable dining experiences. This hands-on leadership role involves training and inspiring your team, collaborating on innovative menus, and delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more.

• Innovate & Create: Collaborate on exciting menus and promotions.

Schedule:  Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays—because excellence knows no bounds!

 

What You Bring

• 5+ years in F&B, with 2+ years leading the charge.
• A knack for teamwork, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
• Serve Right & Food Handlers certifications (or willingness to get them).
• A love for the fast-paced world of resorts and events.
