7051 Bayers Road, Suite 400 Halifax, Nova Scotia B3L 4V2
Before you continue reading this job description, you should know there are two non-negotiables to be considered for this position; you’ll need to be available to train and work in the office (located in Halifax), and you need to be fully committed and available for the full length of the contract and working hours. If you're unable to work on-site, we encourage you to explore our other opportunities that may offer virtual training. If those details aren’t deal breakers, then keep on reading, and apply to get some travel & tourism experience as a reservation agent! Whether you’re alumni, a current student of hospitality and tourism, or the right combo of knowledgeable and passionate about what the Maritime provinces have to offer this is the perfect opportunity. You’ll be helping folks make their travel arrangements on our client’s network of Atlantic Canadian ferry boats. If you’re the one your friends rely on to make the calls on their behalf, plan and organize trips – right down to itineraries and spreadsheets – and nothing quite brings you joy like a perfectly-executed agenda, we’re looking for you! You’ll enjoy this work if you are natural born helper who takes pride in delivering an easy and positive customer experience. To be successful in the role you’ll be curious, an active listener, and have a proven skill for detail. If that’s not you, check out our other opportunities. Here’s The Deal:
