LINE COOK (Part-time → Full-Time Summer Growth) 
 

Good Robot Brewing Co. Is looking for experienced line cooks who take pride in food quality, work clean, and thrive on a strong, supportive team.  
 

This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours as we head into summer.  
 

Thursday – Saturday evening & closing availability required (shifts can run as late as 1am). 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Prepare kitchen and ingredients for service  
• Work the line during service  
• Call tickets and coordinate timing with the team 
• Communicate with Front of House and leadership 
• Follow recipes and plating standards 
• Maintain a clean, organized station 
• Support dishwashing and kitchen cleaning 
• Receive and put away deliveries  
• Assist with inventory counts  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Line cooks experienced in a fast-paced kitchen 
• High standards for food quality and consistency 
• Clean, organized work habits 
• Strong team mentality  
• Willingness to learn and improve 
• Comfort working in an open, guest-facing kitchen 
• Ability to work evenings and close

• Our open kitchen is part of the guest experience — cooks are visible and play a key role in delivering great hospitality alongside our service team. 
• It gets busy and hot, especially in summer. We’re looking for cooks who stay focused, organized, and calm under pressure.
